Indulge in a fresh rotating menu of chef-crafted authentic Italian dishes and vibrant salads with crisp textures from locally sourced ingredients. Load up on house-made meats and irresistible cheeses, and pair it with a bottle of fine wine. Top it all off with delicious dessert cannoli's, tiramisu, and gelato.

Allow us to simplify your search for a new and unique fine dining experience that you're not going to find anywhere else. Atmosphere is built into the historic underground Caverns that Prohibition resides within. Combine that with the uncompromising service of Hudson & Essex and the Cypress Hill Winery and you're in for an incredible experience. This unique experience includes an 8 course meal handcrafted and created by our Culinary Team. Seating available for dinner Friday and Saturday evenings only. All reservations must be prepaid. Prices are $190 with wine, $165 without. Gratuity and taxes included.
